How 'bout this call as a walk off...
U16 BB game, runners on 2nd and 3rd, knotted up 5-5 bottom of 8th (Extras), 2 outs... Defensive coach decides to IBB the 4th hitter (no brainer, right); playoff double elimination game...
Catcher steps out of the catcher's box a bit too early for the PU's liking; result - walk off balk... I heard about it and could only shake my head (and quietly laugh my ass off)... I mean, technically he's right... Do you make this call???

Ha, was at Cooperstown a few weeks ago as an umpire and my partner balked in the winning run because the 12 year old pitcher ran the stop sign.
