Dutch Rennert was one of the best and loudest I ever saw Umpire. You could be sitting in the blenchers in any national league park and you knew who was the umpire behind the plate with that loud Strike Call and the actions that went with it. I was lucky as a young boy going up and going to a game in old candlestick park and watching Dutch call a game Loud and Clear. RIP Dutch and thank you for the memories.
