Interference: what to do with the other runners.

Little League. Bases Loaded. No Outs.

Batter hits grounder into the Outfield. R3 scores easliy. R2 rounds 3rd and heads for home. R3, after having scored, commits Interference while the Defense is trying to make a play on R2 coming Home. R3 is called for INT and R2 is called Out at Home.

R1 had made it to 3rd and the batter/Runner to 2nd. Do they stay? Or, are they sent back to 2nd and 1st?

Where were they when the interference occurred. My guess would be not quite at third or second, if so move'em back

Let's say R1 is fast. He's on 3rd as the INT happens with R2 near home plate.

INTERFERENCE
(a) Offensive interference is an act by a member of the team at bat which
interferes with, obstructs, impedes, hinders or confuses any fielder attempting
to make a play. If the umpire declares the batter, batter-runner
or a runner out for interference, all other runners shall return to the
last base that was, in the judgment of the umpire, legally touched at
the time of the interference, unless otherwise provided by these rules.

By the way, we agree that R3's run scores in this sitch, right?

Absolutely yes. R3 scored before the interference. You cannot unscore his run even though he committed the interference.

In this case, send R2 back to 3B and R1 back to 2B.
