CDP issue

These forums are here for the free exchange of ideas concerning baseball and umpiring. We do not oppose the posting of anyone's opinions of games they have umpired and facilities they have worked in. I expect that any recollections offered will be truthful and without exaggeration. I also expect that we show repect to each other and refrain from lashing out at another poster who opposes your opinions. Personal insults and attempts to control what another person posts will not be tollerated. Just as we must show restraint on the field when umpirng we must also refrain from emotional reactions to anothers postings. I have PM'd some of you and asked that you refrain from discussions that involve military backgrounds, politics, and religions. Nobody has more repsect for anyone who has worn the uniform in service of his county than I do. However, Those debates belong elsewhere. We are umpires on baseball forum. I have removed a few posts that I feel violate our rules.

If somebody has had a bad experience at CDP or any similar venue it is fair game to be discussed here. Please keep the personalities out of the discussions.
