No Response from Jim Evans Academy

About a month ago I sent an E-mail to the academy asking a couple about one of their clinics.

I still haven't received a response. I have heard other people say they had the same problem.

Anyone know whats going on?

Hi jaxrolo,

I'm sorry you seem to not have gotten a response. Our response time is one day or less. You are the first we've heard of that has had that problem. If you know others, since you said you've heard others have had the problem as well, please let me know. Our email system is setup to grab any email from the academy website and mark it special. I will say that I have not sent an email about umpire school to the Academy, but I have emailed about products and other things and I've always received prompt feedback, including a time when one of the staff members gave me his personal cell phone number because of a time sensitive product order. I've had nothing but great experiences and I'm sure they'll try to make your situation right if there was some sort of oversight.

One order I place from the store had a hand written "thank you" in it from Jim. Things like that just don't happened anymore.
