Below is a link for Fed Rules Baseball.
If you will be working HS Games your association should be giving you 3 NFHS books: Rules, Case Book, Umpires Manual.
They are also available from NFHS Publications for $7.20 each.
Softball books come in the same three areas.
I would recommend all three and a must if you will be working games.

I believe you may have misinterpreted my question. I have all of the fed rule books, etc. I am looking for a document (a table) that highlights the major differences between the two. I have since found one for softball on the ASA website, but no luck in baseball.
The FED book has a similar table in the back of its rule book for distinguishing the differences b/w FED and OBR.

Follow this link to the Jaska/Roder book which highlights all the differences between OBR, NCAA and NFHS rules.

This will answer all of your questions.

The Jaska/Roder mentioned above is a great resource. IMHO though the manual, "Baseball Rules Differences" by Carl Childress, is probably the most comprehensive compilation put together with a cross reference between OBR, NCAA, and NFHS, complete with Authorative Opinions, and official Interpetations. You can probably find it on the Officiating.com web site where Mr. Childress is a Senior Editor.
The problem is.. all of these books have to be revised every 3 minutes to keep up with the NFHS changes.

Widac: I looked at the site and have looked thru it and do not know also if it has been updated but the MLB ruling that is listed for the Ambidextrous pitchers I belive had been addressed and corrected by the PUBC and is covered under rule 8.01 (F) in OBR 2009 rule book page 78.
