Runner on first and second and there is a balk on a pickoff to first, do you advance both runners?

What about a pickoff to second? Just advance the runner ok second?

Any time a balk is enforced, all runners move up one. (With R1 & R2, it would be difficult to advance only R1).

8.05 PEN: The ball is dead and each runner shall advance one base ...

It's amazing what you can find right in the rules book. (And, to be clear, I don't mean that as a flame. Just an observation that one is more likley to learn and remember what one looks up him/herself, and that one might find some other interesting stuff in the book as well.)

Also try rule 7.04 (a).

And while you're at it, have a look at 2.00. It's there too.

It is amazing what you will find when you do some research and working backwards then forward and backwards again now that was funny.
