I was remembering some good humor from this summer. A showcase tournament with teams from all over the NW. I'm PU behind a catcher from Vancouver B.C. I ask how he's doin' and he says it's too early (8am) I tell him It's better then being out in the heat of the day and he says " Yeah, it was 37! degree's yesterday!" I looked blankly at him for a sec and then figured he was talking Celsius which is about 98 or something and he realized what I was thinking and then we both had a good laugh about it. After the game I walked by him and his Mom in the parking lot and I said it's gonna be in the high 30's later. He got it but his mom just said "Yeah it's hot down here in Oregon". good Times
