U13 FED game, new pitcher starts the inning.
I've already balked one pitcher for starting in the windup and switching to the stretch.
Batter draws ball four, goes to first.
P takes the ball, gets into the windup.
Coach from bench: Billy -- stretch...stretch.
Billy looks over at coach, drops his glove -- ball still in it -- bends over and touches his toes!!!!
I say to the catcher, "you better go talk to him..." as I call time...
