What to you do to get your plate legs under you?

I've started an "office workout" with limited time away from my desk.
I climb each set of stairs (4) in my building (seven stories) at some epoint in the work day. I started 1/1 (about five times) and I've lost 4 pounds with no change in diet.

If I substitute a salad,who knows what I could acheive?

ab exercises
JOGGING! (preferrably on an elliptical machine to minimize impact on legs)

i smoke a cig as i go from couch to fridge lol
