Do you agree with FED's rule that a batter's toe cannot touch the plate when making contact?
Are you asking is I agree that it is a rule? Yes.
Do I think it is a good rule? No.
Is there anyone out there on a FED rules committee that can help this rule make even A LITTLE BIT of sense to me? Why, oh why, must the FED be so different from the OBR? It causes nothing but aggrevation and confusion. Is this a safety rule? Nope. A speedup rule? Maybe, in the sense that you can go ahead and grab an extra out. Sheesh. I just don't get it.

It's the same as the NCAA rule.
