I had this sitch last week. I've never seen it before.
Bases loaded, two out bottom of eight, tie ballgame, batter hit by pitch to win the game.
This thought popped into my head, if Br is incapacitated, we would need a sub to complete based running duties. In NCAA, no subs game over!
Ouch!

How is the game over if the score is tied. Doesn't the other team lead off the top the ninth? Can you finish with less than nine in the field?

Take things in order, bases loaded, two outs, tie ballegame, THEN HBP!

Do you mean there are no subs available
or
do you think you cannot sub in this situation

I thought I was pretty clear, but when I reread it, I wasn't.
If sub is available, we would need one to continue. If not, dropping to 8, game over.
